The atmosphere was amazing. From the moment we set up our booth, it was clear this was going to be a big opportunity. We had the chance to talk to industry leaders, explore the latest trends in the tech world and get a sense of where things are headed in IT and recruitment. But it wasn’t just about the big names; we were just as intrigued by the fresh perspectives from startups across Southeastern Europe. Some of these smaller companies are doing things that could shake up the industry in a big way.
At Ambacia, we understand the complexities of IT employment better than most. Our presence there wasn’t just about showing off what we do at Ambacia (though we may have done a fair bit of that). It’s no secret that the demand for developers and IT professionals in AI is skyrocketing but that the market is still stagnating – talking to people at Shift gave us a deeper understanding of just how urgent the problem is becoming for many.
